Our Story
"My mom immigrated from China to Los Angeles in 2006 in search of greater opportunities. With a degree in international business, she came to the United States hoping to build a successful career before eventually finding her path in the medical field. Growing up, I witnessed the challenges she faced navigating language barriers, unfamiliar systems, and adapting to life in a new country. Even today, those obstacles have never fully disappeared."

- Joyce Jiang, Co-Founder
Local Lotus Collective was founded based on our similar backgrounds and one ultimate goal: to help Asian immigrant-owned businesses grow through free marketing support, language assistance, and digital resources. Our objective is to help businesses connect with more customers while preserving the culture and stories behind them.
"My family immigrated from the Philippines to San Francisco in 2002 in search of greater opportunities. While raising a brand-new family and finding a career, they've faced language barriers, culture shock, and difficulty in finding a community to celebrate our heritage. Growing up, I watched my parents navigate the challenges of building a new life while preserving the values they brought with them."
